3 bedroom, south facing holiday home.  Little Acre is set in extensive gardens with views towards the sand dunes and across the bay.  It is ideally located 500m from Croyde's golden sands and the heart of the picturesque village with its shops, pubs and restaurants.  Baggy Point, the National Trust headland and coastal path offer dramatic walks close by.

Accommodation:

Sitting room with view across the bay, Sony LCD TV with freeview and DVD.

Kitchen/dining area with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer. Utility/boot room. 

3 bedrooms: 2 doubles (one with wash basin) and 1 twin. 

Bathroom with shower over bath and wash basin.  Separate WC

Lock up store - suitable for bikes/surf boards etc. 

Large private parking area (up to 4 cars)

Extensive garden with garden furniture.

Linen provided.  Electricity at cost. 1 pet by arrangement (limited weeks).

Travel cot and high chair available (no charge). 

Availability

Saturday-Saturday during high season.  Also short breaks. 

Open all year.  £280-£995 per week

3pm arrival time, 10am departure.
